Delete your Durian account
In the app
Open Durian and go to Settings › Account › Delete account. The account is deleted right away.
Without the app
A contact address hasn't been set up yet.
What is deleted
- Your Google account ID and email address
- Your remaining minutes and your history of minutes added and used
What is kept
- Google Play sales records (order ID, product, purchase time), separated from your account and deleted five years after the purchase, as Korean e-commerce law requires
- A one-way hash showing the account already received free minutes, so they aren't granted again
- Recordings, transcripts and notes on your phone. They are never on our server; deleting a conversation or the app removes them.
